Many of us lead with our heart, and our caring and compassion can be a defining characteristic of who we are. Quite common those of us that lead a heart centered life can find ourselves faced with conflicting feelings. We can easily take on responsibility for others feelings, happiness and well being to our own cost. Needed is clarity, courage, communication skills and healthy boundaries. When we are giving without these things, we are giving from a deficit and that's where exhaustion, resentment, anger, anxiety, depression and conflict can show up.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential to lead a life worth celebrating. Our work will help you discover the answers that exist within you. Identify and understand your obstacles so you may come to enjoy hearing and trusting your inner knowing. While we can not alter difficult situations from the past, we can work to better understand and resolve your life's challenges. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will reveal long standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be depriving you from a more fulfilling and meaningful life experience.
I draw from multiple modalities including Mindfulness, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Human Design and traditional psychotherapeutic methods to help you give without depleting yourself; learn to have healthy compassion for yourself and others; gain clarity, insight, a renewed trust in yourself by healing old wounds and patterns that limit you and your potential.
